My wife and I love our timeshare vacations. The purpose of this personal blog is to inform our visitors about the benefits and downsides of owning timeshare vacation resort properties. If you are seriously interested in vacationing in luxury vacation properties rather than hotel and motel rooms, you will probably be considering buying timeshare vacation properties on the re-sale market. We will tell you how we did it and how you can do it also.
We own one two bedroom deeded timeshare week at The Village at Izaty’s in Minnesota
and one two bedroom deeded timeshare week at Treetop Village in Lake of the Ozarks in Missouri.
We do not represent any resort property developers or timeshare re-sellers. This is an informational site for anyone interested. We want to share our experiences where we have stayed over the last 10 years, and we will recommend the best of the best.Our website is set up for your input and for you to share your experiences. Deeded time share property is what we prefer since that is what we were first introduced to here in Minnesota. In other words, it is no different from a title to our home.The deed gives us a specific location at a specific resort and a specific week. Our two timeshare deeded weeks have never affected our trading ability to trade to other 5 star resorts for different times and seasons.
Transferring ownership to our children will be a simple matter.

To our kids who have vacationed with us we will leave you our timeshare. Thank you for taking the time. We loved it.
We love our timeshare vacations and can prove it. Since our vehicle is parked at a timeshare resort whenever we vacation we figured that we might as well let people know about our web site. Here is how we do it.
We have lots to do today. We are getting ready to leave on another timeshare vacation and we are really excited because it will be the 3rd timeshare vacation this year, but this RCI deeded week resort is only 2.5 hours from our home. Also because the weather here in Minnesota is finally in the 60′s and 70′s. This means we will be able to take our motor scooter with us and we will be able to explore Northern Minnesota on our motor scooter vs our car. The gas prices here in Pelican Rapids, MN are at $4.00 per gallon. With our maxi-motor scooter we get about 55 to 60 mpg.

We enjoy riding together and seeing the country side from a different view. Also, less gas when we arrive at a resort.
This will make the vacation more enjoyable.
The RCI Deeded week is located at Breezy Point, MN. This is the first RCI timeshare we have ever owned and have just purchased on the resale market for only $400. Breezy Point Resort has about 11 different timeshare associations. We purchased our Deeded week (not points) unit at Pelican Greens.
When we check-in on Sunday May 22, this week-end, we will keep you up-to-date about our purchase and whether or not we got the good deal on the timeshare resale market that we bragged about. We will tell you how we did it also. Check back with us this coming week for more details.
