Aruban Resort and Casino Timeshare Tour---------2008

Just wondering if anyone has done the timeshare tour at the Aruban Resort and Casino.

We just returned from a wonderful vacation, we stayed at LaCabana BRC. May 10-17. I will post a trip report very soon. Everyone was wonderful!!!!

While heading over to dunkin donuts I was asked if I would like to take a tour of the Aruban Resort ect... I agreed but told them we are not in the market to purchase at this point, was told no obligation to buy just check it out ect.. and of course the gifts always sound good! Our sales person was wonderful and the rooms look great, the new decor is beautiful! Our sales person knew we were not going to purchase so did not push anything on us. At the end of our presentation our sales person brought in the Owner or Part Owner and I have to say he was not NICE! Very ARROGANT and basically because we did not want to purchase he had lots of ATTITUDE. He did not even thank us for our time to come and see the resort and as my husband extened his hand to him he walked by as if we were not sitting in front of him. I own a timeshare and have been to a few presenations in the past and have never experienced anything like that before. I think he should have handled the situation he may lose some business over there .
I have been telling my family and friends about Aruba since our first trip in 2004 and how we love it there - they may take a tour at one of the many great timeshare resorts and make a purchase! With his ARROGANT ATTITUDE I bet there will be more complaints and less tours because of him
