This lovely condo is located in a pine grove that runs from the Albemarle Sound to the Atlantic Ocean in quaint Duck, NC. It is a small resort with only 32 units, yet it has all the amenities including an indoor heated swimming pool, volleyball and tennis courts.

Parking is located immediately under your unit with private stairs leading up to the sleeping floor with 2 bedrooms and 2 baths, one with a jacuzzi tub. There is a large covered deck off the master bedroom.

The next level consists of an open living area with cathedral ceilings, living room with fireplace, TV and sleeper sofas, full kitchen, and dining room . Sliding doors lead to a large open deck (the picture above right was taken from this deck and shows the road to the beach and pool that are about 100 feet away around the bend).

The resort has everything within very easy walking distance, from ocean front to fishing on the Sound. A safe bicycle/walking path leads to town, just around the corner, where good restaurants and cozy shops are to be found. Para-sailing, jet-skis, bikes, boats etc., are located directly across the road.
