Foreclosures by Associations!Foreclosures and Listings by Timeshare Associations. If your small to medium size resort would like to offer your "foreclosed weeks" to the public we would like to be of assistance. This listing service is only for resorts where the developer is no longer controlling the timeshare facilities, but the Association is in control and has timeshare units that the Association would like to list. For example: One of the resorts where I currently own a timeshare vacation week has quite a few listings. It is a 5 Star resort so we have had outstanding success in trading to other resorts. But as far as I know the Timeshare Association only lets the active owners know about these listings in their monthly newsletter. Many weeks can be had for less than $1,000.
