For timeshare owners wanting to come to Minnesota and exchange into Izaty's the amenities will be a real disappointment. The timeshare units are top of the line and the Association is very active in making sure the units are in 5 Star condition. But if the golf course and marina facilities are not available because of the Bankruptcy you might not be happy.
