Results of Izatys Bankruptcy Court Ruling


On Friday, April 4, 2008 at 2:00pm the Izatys Bankruptcy Court hearing regarding the sale of Izatys Resort on April 3, 2008 was not approved because of a point of law. There was no further information given at the hearing but information will be passed along as the Association attorneys and the boards are notified.
