What is the unit number? Is this for two units, please explain. Have read something about, flex, lockouts, and am not sure what this means or how it pertains to this property? Not sure what you mean by weeks; do you have two weeks: one in the white and one in the red area, or just one week , but within those weeks? Are there any additional annual fees other than the dues/maint fee of 460 yearly. most of the timeshares I see are for 2 bedrooms, you list 4. just need some information so as to make an informed decision.
