We booked this using our RCI points, for a late-summer warmer before winter.

The location (East coast of Sardinia) is fair, but the place is run on a shoestring.

We were told we had to buy our own soap, toilet rolls, etc. There was no cleaning service while we were there, and no clean linen.

There were no staff on duty for much of the time - the gates were locked (we had keys) - but Saturday evening arrivals had to go away and find a hotel, and return on MONDAY morning (no staff on duty on Sundays).

If you're looking for a low-cost place to stay, and don't mind zero service, it's not bad.

If you want something a bit special, go elsewhere!
