Resorts, other than timeshare, is designed for all consumer comments. Many vacation travelers and consumers have considered timeshare vacations and for some reason or another decided they prefer the freedom of traveling and not be tied down to the rules and regulations of the timeshare industry. So, this site is for comments about these non-timesharevacations facilities, that have been visited, and a word of mouth rating of the these facilities for future vacationers.

In Sedona, Arizona I want to report on a great non-timeshare motel in Oak Creek Canyon. Staying at Oak Creek Terrace was a real treat. Flat panel TV's, fireplaces, and jacuzzi. There are a variety of motel rooms and bungalows to fit most any family's needs. Oak Creek flows right through the property. The motel offers a beautiful gazebo by the creek , used for weddings and other events, to relax and enjoy.
Across the canyon road is a excellent Dairy Queen where you can sit inside or outside and dine while enjoying the canyon view. The Dairy Queen,the only one in Sedona, has outside vendor tables where Native Americans from the Flagstaff area set-up shop to display and sell their jewelry.

The town of Sedona, Arizona is 4 miles down the winding canyon road between the canyon walls. It is the ultimate tourist destination. Shopping the unique shops in Sedona is a lot of fun. When tired you can sit outside some fine restaurants with a cappuccino and soak up the Arizona sun and watch the tourist activity.
