Sewage coming up from the kitchen sink

We have two condos at Whistler this week for the Thanksgiving holidays--one for us and our friends and another for our kids and their friends. Last night about 11:00 sewage started rising up out of the kitchen sink in the Whiski Jacks @ Sowbird condo where our kids were staying. YUK! It spilled over the sink and all over the kitchen floor, dining room carpet and through the light fixtures in the bathroom downstairs.

At first the Whiski Jacks folks weren't particularly responsive, telling us there was nothing they could do because they were filled up for the Holidays. They offered us a measly free dinner. Pulleeeeze. So after much discussion, they finally came up with a new condo with a beautiful view of the Wizard Chair, and gave they kids an extra free night.

BTW, our lovely condo at Club Intrawest is perfect.

This was our worst timeshare experience in about 12 years, so I guess we are pretty lucky overall.
