The timeshare units at this resort are exceptional. You will not be disappointed. The timeshare division is rated 5 Star in the Interval International affiliated exchange system.
The timeshare Board of Directors at the Village at Izaty's work very hard to make sure the timeshare units are in 5 Star exchanging status within the Interval International system.
The main resort is owned by another corporation. That means the facilities,owned by the other corporation, which were made available to the timeshare owners, is no longer available for use until after the Bankruptcy proceedings in April 2008 and a new buyer is found.
I suggest that anyone interested in exchanging into the timeshare units, first call the timeshare offices at: www.thevillageatizatysresort.com before exchanging the resort this spring and summer 2008.
