My wife and I purchased two deeded time share weeks from private parties for less than $3,000 total. These were private internet listings. Both weeks were at 5 star Interval International resorts. We accomplished the purchase by using common sense. Anyone can do it. We will be explaining step-by-step how we accomplished the purchase of these deeded weeks shortly. We are not giving any legal advice, just explaining how we did it without paying an attorney or paying for a closing service. We are offering this service to time share owners who currently own a week or more of time share and would like to sell one or more without paying an upfront "listing" fee. With your timeshare listing, you will be able to explain everything about the resort, its location, the area, and the fun times you had using it. You will be able to upload photos of the resort and the unit. In other words, you will be better able to explain the resort, personally, rather than by using a "fee" paid listing service. Also, if you quote a reasonable price, your chances of selling will be far better. We are not familiar enough with the RCI point system to answer questions about how those contracts work and therefore are asking anyone who wishes to sell their timeshares to list only deeded weeks. We intend to start a point system discussion board for owners who are in the RCI point system. The listing will be posted until we are notified by you, the owner, that the time share is "Sold".
