Location, Location, Location!

These beautiful May and September weeks are available right on the Atlantic Ocean in Virginia Beach. The resort is centrally located on the strip with everything just a short walk, bike ride ,or $1 trolley ride away.

Although it's nice to have a kitchen right in your room, my favorite thing about this resort is its 'IN HOUSE EXCHANGE' service. For only $25 you can bank your week and go any available week from the second week of OCTOBER until the third week of MAY. For a $50 cleaning fee you can even break up the week. I've even arrived at 2:00a.m. in the morning and gotten a room for one night

A Gold Owner Card lets you into the resort at anytime, which can be a very nice benefit.

A Special Assessment has been levied in the amount of $1117. per unit, per week, to completely remodel the resort. They have already removed the exterior of the building, and repaired the pool. Next year, they will start on the interior. With other oceanfront timeshares at Virginia Beach starting at $26,000 this seems like a small price to pay to have a nice new resort.

In 2008, week 18 is May 3-10, week 19 is 10-17 and week 39 is Sept 27-Oct 3
